Paper Tank Arty Stabbers

This is one of the cheap newbie friendly doctrines I designed to give newbros a cheap way to practice specific tactics, in this case skirmish range kiting. This is a fun cheap new bro friendly way to learn how to fly a tornado, just with dps and speed adjusted for frigate and destroyer sized targets. Good fun for messing with FW frigate and dessie fleets.

Its a cruiser with the speed and tank of a frigate but it can deal an alpha strike of 500 at 60k, or 900 at 50k, or 1600 at 20k and it only costs 15 mil.

It does 2700m/s non heated and has the amazing paper tank of 5.5 k ehp.

With 5 to 10 of these we can one shot a frigate at 60ks, and then kite away at 2700ms as his friends chase us! At 2700 ms cold, frigates have to burn nearly directly at you with a huge MWD sig bloom that your arty will just love. Over heat your Mwd as they get within 45ks and they will be spending quite a long time trying to close to get under your guns, giving you heaps of time to Alpha them.

Its weakness is snipers or tanky things with good projection.
